Reliant Surveyors is hiring a Senior Business Development & Advisory Consultant to join our Valuation & Advisory team. You will build lasting relationships with banks, developers, family offices and corporates, and convert opportunities into high-value mandates.

This is a senior, client-facing role at the front of the business. You will own the relationships that bring instructions through the door and work alongside our valuation and advisory professionals to turn conversations into delivered mandates.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with banks, developers, family offices and corporates.
• Identify and create new business opportunities across the Valuation & Advisory practice.
• Convert those opportunities into high-value client mandates.
• Work closely with the Corporate Sales & Business Development team to deliver measurable results.
