Dubai Residential Sales Transactions (Volume & Value) were affected negatively due to the pandemic. Both off-plan and ready transactions experienced a decline. In total, the registered decline in residential transactions during Q2 is 45% in terms of volume and 40% in terms of value when compared with the previous quarter.
