Abhinav Sharma leads Industrial Consulting Division and is actively involved in client management, business development with full execution, project & team management of this business. Abhinav has in excess of 9 years’ experience in Insurance and Industrial Valuation Advisory. In U.A.E & India, he valued a diverse range of properties including residential apartments and villas, commercial properties (all sectors), trading properties including large mixed-use developments. His professional valuation experience has been gained from leading international & local practices. Abhinav’s client portfolio includes international and local banks, lending institutions, developers, investors, owner-occupiers as well as accountants, legal firms, and insolvency practitioners. He is responsible for valuations of all Machinery and Property types whilst championing quality assurance and project excellence to provide the highest quality reports delivered in a timely manner in accordance with RICS Red Book/International Valuation Standard Council (IVSC) standards.
Abhinav is an Associate Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Professional Member of The Chartered Management Institute (MCMI), U.K, and a Professional Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM), U.K. He is RICS Registered Valuer and Registered Valuer in Dubai Land Department.
