Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional for our Strategic Advisory & Valuations team. This role involves conducting in-depth property valuations, market analysis, and providing strategic consultancy services to help clients make informed investment and business decisions.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct valuations for commercial, residential, and specialized properties.
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients on property investments and asset management.
- Analyze market trends and generate insights for valuation and advisory reports.
- Ensure compliance with local and international valuation standards.
- Develop financial models and projections to support valuation reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service offerings.
- Assist in business development and client relationship management.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- MRICS accreditation or relevant valuation certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Experience in strategic advisory, investment analysis, or property valuation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
