Role Overview:  We are looking for a skilled Plant & Machinery Valuer to join our Dubai team. As one of the few RICS-regulated practices in the region specialising in tangible asset valuations, we provide banking-compliant reports backed by deep technical knowledge and real market insight. 

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of mandates, from insurance and IFRS valuations to M&A, disinvestment analysis, and asset register reviews. You will engage with diverse industries, contribute to high-profile assignments, and build your expertise in a dynamic, commercially driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Deliver accurate valuations of plant, machinery, and industrial real estate in accordance with RICS Red Book and IVSC standards. 

Ensure all assignments are fully compliant with the RICS Registered Valuer framework. 

Prepare and present valuation reports for various purposes, including loan security, financial reporting, insurance, and taxation. 

Undertake and supervise site inspections and liaise with technical teams to inform valuation assumptions and methodology 

Liaise with clients, including banks, accountants, insurers, and private entities, to gather relevant data and maintain strong professional relationships. 

Support database management, asset benchmarking, and ongoing market research 

Support business development activities by contributing to pitches, client meetings, and proposal writing to help expand service lines. 

Contribute to pitches, proposals and presentations for new valuation instructions and assist in preparing fee estimate. 

Collaborate across departments to share insights and develop cross-functional value. 

 Qualifications & Experience 

Bachelor's degree in real estate, Mechanical Engineering, or a related business discipline. 

ASA, FIV (India), AssocRICS or MRICS qualification (or working towards) preferred. 

Minimum 7 -10 year of UAE experience in industrial asset valuation or plant & machinery surveying. 

Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and best practices, especially for industrial and plant assets. 

Familiarity with asset-heavy environments such as manufacturing, logistics, utilities, and oil & gas.

Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships. 

High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines. 

Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities. 

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities .
