At Reliant Surveyors, Abhinav oversees valuation delivery, standards compliance, and strategic advisory across institutional mandates, having led more than 15,500 valuation assignments for banks, lending institutions, developers, investors, and government entities. A RICS Registered Valuer and RERA-approved valuer in Dubai and Ajman, he also contributes to advancing technology-enabled valuation practices, reinforcing transparent reporting & decision-ready outcomes across market cycles.
