Her work focuses on residential assets, delivered in accordance with RICS Red Book, International Valuation Standards (IVS) & UAE regulatory requirements, with a strong emphasis on governance, accuracy & quality assurance.
At Reliant Surveyors, Amrita oversees residential valuation delivery, project execution, and client advisory across institutional mandates, having contributed to more than 13,000 valuation assignments for UAE and international banks, financial institutions, developers, investors, and government entities. A RICS Registered Valuer and ADRES-approved valuer, she brings disciplined analysis, deep market intelligence, and compliance-led advisory to complex residential portfolios.
