Job Responsibility:

• Conduct accurate valuations for commercial properties, including office spaces, retail units, and industrial assets.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports in compliance with RICS and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends, rental values, and property investment potential.
• Work closely with clients to understand their commercial property valuation requirements.
• Collaborate with financial institutions and corporate clients for loan security and asset valuation.
• Ensure all valuation assessments meet regulatory and professional standards.
• Assist in business development efforts by identifying opportunities for valuation services.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to client advisory strategies.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• MRICS qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial property market.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in valuation software and market analysis tools.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
