Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Surveyor - Residential Valuation to join our team. This role involves conducting property valuations, preparing reports, and providing accurate market assessments for residential properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct valuations for residential properties based on market trends and property conditions.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and ensure accuracy in assessments.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide professional valuation insights.
  • Analyze property data, market trends, and legal aspects related to residential valuation.
  • Ensure compliance with valuation standards and company policies.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance the quality of valuation services.
