Job Responsibility:

• Prepare valuation reports and templates for ongoing instructions.
• Cross-check and validate documentation from banks (site plans, BOQ, completion certificates, etc.).
• Create checklists for all reports and maintain structured folders.
• Organize and manage soft copies of files in team databases.
• Coordinate inspections and compile data to support valuations.
• Support valuers in delivering RICS-compliant reports for banks, developers, and investors across the UAE.

• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills with ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics).
• Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to work calmly under pressure.
• Proficiency in Arabic preferred.
