Job Responsibility:

• Coordinate valuation instructions from clients, banks, and developers.
• Manage scheduling of inspections, site visits, and follow-ups with valuers.
• Organize and track valuation files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Liaise with clients for report delivery and status updates.
• Support the team in delivering RICS-compliant valuation reports efficiently and on time.
• Maintain checklists, ensure compliance, and streamline workflow processes.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in real estate coordination, administration, or valuations (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to valuation/reporting software is a plus.
