At Reliant Surveyors, we take pride in delivering valuation excellence backed by precision, professionalism, and integrity. We are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled Residential Surveyor to join our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book and IVS standards.

Analyze property data, market trends, and comparable evidence to determine accurate property values.

Liaise with clients, banks, and stakeholders to ensure valuations meet compliance and client expectations.

Maintain and update valuation records, databases, and market intelligence reports.

Support the senior valuation team with research, portfolio assessments, and quality assurance reviews.

Contribute to continuous process improvement and uphold Reliant Surveyors’ commitment to precision and transparency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Valuation, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential valuation within the UAE.

RICS membership (MRICS/AssocRICS) or equivalent preferred.

Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, DLD processes, and market dynamics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valuation software tools.

UAE driving license preferred.
