Dubai’s Residential sales volume during the last week of March 2023 declined over the previous week. However, the interesting part is that the value remained upward. Residential Volume decreased by 9% from the previous week to record total transactions of 1,769 units.
Dubai residential market ended this week with the highest number of sales transactions since the beginning of 2023. A total of 1,943 transactions were registered during this week (13-19th Mar 2023), witnessing a growth of 13% over the previous week. Over 1,700 sales deals were registered during last week.
Weekly transaction volume and value (off-plan, ready and overall) continue with their rising trend, this week also, registering a growth of 5% for the transactions volume and 9% in the overall value. The total number of transactions recorded this week was 1,715 as against 1,627 sales transactions in the previous week.

The total number of transactions recorded this week (27th Feb – 5th Mar 2023) was 1,627 as against 1,375 sales transactions in the previous week.

Overall residential volume and value of transactions in Dubai increased from the previous week's lows. Dubai's residential volume increased by 9% WoW and value increased by 7% this week.
Weekly Residential Transactions (both volume and Value) in Dubai continued to decline further in this week (6-12th Feb 2023). Residential Volume decreased by 9% from the previous week to record total transactions of 1,362 units
The fifth week of 2023 (30 Jan – 5 Feb 2023) saw a marginal drop of 2% in residential volume across Dubai compared to the previous week. There were 1,497 transactions registered in total this week as opposed to 1,534 transactions the week before.

Residential volume across Dubai reduced sharply by 34% during the third week of January 2023 compared to last week. The total number of transactions recorded this week (16 – 22nd January 2023) was 1,268 as against 1,927 transactions in the previous week.
