Divyansh leads the Valuation and Advisory Division in India and is actively involved in client management, business development as well as full execution, project & team management of this business.
Divyansh has more than 8 years’ experience in Valuation Advisory. In India he valued a diverse range of properties including residential apartments and villas, commercial properties (all sectors), trading properties including large mixed-use developments. His professional valuation experience has been gained from leading international & local practices.
Divyansh’s client portfolio includes international and local banks, lending institutions, developers, investors, owner occupiers as well as accountants, legal firms and insolvency practitioners. He is responsible for valuations of all Property types whilst championing quality assurance and project excellence to provide the highest quality reports delivered in a timely manner in accordance with RICS Red Book/ International Valuation Standard Council (IVSC) standards.
