As extensive professional experience spans over 39 years including two regions United Arab Emirates (U.A.E) and India in a variety of corporate sectors including Insurance Industry, Real Estate, Risk Management and Valuation Advisory. He has undertaken several technical due diligence, and industrial asset valuation assignments across various sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverages, textiles, metals, power, electrical, etc. He began his career as a loss adjusting professional in 1980 in India and has held numerous leadership, development and management role since that time. His multi-faceted qualifications and hands-on experience in various professional fields make him ideally suited to lead Reliant Surveyors. With the wealthy experience, he provides intuitive leadership to Reliant Surveyors in UAE and India. In addition, he has significant experience in undertaking various other consulting assignments and roles such as techno-economic feasibility & viability studies, project monitoring and lender’s engineer. Naresh is a Fellow Member of The Indian Institution of Valuers (FIIV) and Associate Member from Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
