In the 36th week, Dubai’s residential market saw 1,183 transactions, down 23% from the previous week. The total transaction value was AED 2.15 billion, a 31% decline.
The median apartment rate was 1,329 AED/sq ft, with a median size of 956 sq ft. Off-plan transactions dropped 28% to AED 1.38 billion, and ready property transactions fell 35% to AED 0.77 billion. Apartments accounted for 1,153 transactions (down 22%), while villas had 51 transactions (down 41%). Apartment transaction value was AED 1.8 billion (down 28%), and villas totalled AED 0.32 billion (down 42%) compared to the previous week.
